Six gay couples are included in E! Online's search for television's most romantic couple.

The site is asking readers to vote for their favorite television couple in 32 matchups.

“The competition in this battle to determine the most fabulous romantic twosome on television is going to be fierce,” the website declares.

There are 6 same-sex TV couples listed among the 64 couples, including two from the Fox musical-comedy Glee.

Chris Colfer, who plays Kurt Hummel, and Darren Criss, who plays Blaine Anderson, are matched up against Burn Notice couple Michael and Fiona (played by Jeffrey Donovan and Gabrielle Anwar.)

Heather Morris, who plays Brittany, and Naya Rivera, who plays Santana, are matched up against Royal Pains couple Hank and Jill (played by Mark Feuerstein and Jill Flint)

Modern Family's gay couple, Cameron, played by Eric Stonestreet, and Mitchell, played by Jesse Tyler Ferguson, are matched up against Sons of Anarchy couple Jax and Tara (played by Charlie Hunnam and Maggie Siff).

Grey's Anatomy's lesbian couple, Callie, played by Sara Ramirez, and Arizona, played by Jessica Capshaw, are matched up against True Blood couple Bill and Sookie (played by Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin).

Donald Glover, who plays Troy, and Danny Pudi, who plays Abed, on the NBC comedy Community are matched up against Grey's Anatomy's Mark and Lexie (played by Eric Dane and Chyler Leigh).

Finally, Kevin, played by Matthew Rhys, and Scotty, played by Luke MacFarlane, of the ABC drama Brothers & Sisters are matched up against One Tree Hill couple Julian and Brooke (played by Austin Nichols and Sophia Bush).
