Skating with the Stars celebrity
judge John G. “Johnny” Weir is taking his reality series Be
Good Johnny Weir to all gay cabler Logo.
The first season of the show premiered
on independent film cabler the Sundance Channel.
Season two, which is currently being
filmed, will premiere next summer on Logo. Logo also announced that
it will air the show's first season early next year.
“The new season will dive deeper into
Johnny's work and personal life as he balances his skating with his
growing ambitions in the entertainment industry,” Logo said in a
statement.
The 26-year-old, three-time U.S.
National Figure Skating champion is having a busy year indeed. He'll
premiere his single Dirty Love as he headlines Holiday
Dreams on Ice in Flint, Michigan on Saturday, December 11. And
his memoir Welcome to my World arrives on January 11. Weir
has said the book will include details of his sex life, a topic the
26-year-old Weir has previously steadfastly refused to discuss.
