Darren Criss and Chris Colfer are
paired up for a sweet duet on Glee's upcoming holiday special.
Colfer's Kurt Hummel on the Fox
musical-comedy has been run out of McKinley High by closeted football
player Dave Karofsky, played by Max Adler. Kurt fled the school
after officials decided against disciplining the bully, and towards
the Dalton Academy, where he joined Blaine, played by Darren Criss,
an out and proud gay student.
At his new school, Kurt becomes a
member of a rival glee club, the all-boys Warblers.
Last week, the Warblers, led by Blaine,
performed a cover of Train's Hey Soul Sister to tie with
McKinley High in sectionals.
On Tuesday's holiday special, the
pairing up of Kurt and Blaine in the holiday classic Baby It's
Cold Outside suggests more than a friendship between the chorus
boys.
Glee ringmaster Ryan Murphy has
promised romance this season for Colfer's gay character. And when
Blaine gently nudges into Kurt begging him to stay it seems Murphy is
preparing to deliver on that promise. (The video is embedded in the
