The pair have been dating for several
months, but singer-dancer and two-time winner of ABC's Dancing
With the Stars Hough
once rejected Seacrest's advances because she thought he was gay.
Hough talked about how the pair began
dating at a dinner party to celebrate her 22nd birthday at
a Mortons steakhouse in North Carolina, celebrity
website TMZ.com reported.
“He was after me since I was 18,”
Hough said at the party. “He totally wasn't my type … I thought
he was gay.”
Hough went on to say that she only
agreed to go out with him because of his persistence.
“So I went out with him on a date and
I realized how much I liked him,” she added.
The pair have been spotted vacationing
together in Italy and pictured touring on Seacrest's yacht.
“Things have gotten more serious over
the last month,” an unnamed source told People.com last month.
“They're perfect for each other.”
The thirty-five-year-old host of E!
News and American Idol has dodged rumors that he is gay
for years.
