Viceland on Wednesday posted the
premiere episode of Gaycation on its YouTube channel.
The series is set to premiere Monday on
the new cable channel Viceland.
The four-episode documentary is
co-hosted by out actress Ellen Page and her best friend Ian Daniel.
In Gaycation, Page and Daniel
roam the world in search of what it's like to be lesbian, gay,
bisexual or transgender.
“I'm on a journey to explore what it
means to be lesbian, gay, bi or trans all around the world,” Page
says in the show's trailer. “We want to join the celebration,
document the struggles, feel the love and the hate and bring home
every human story we encounter along the way.”
In the show's first episode, Page and
Daniel take a look at what it means to be LGBT in Japan.
