Glee's Jane Lynch on Wednesday got her very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Lynch, who is best known for playing sharp tongued coach Sue Sylvester on the Fox musical-comedy Glee, is the 2,505th person to be honored on the famous sidewalk along Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street in Hollywood, California.

“She is the hardest-working person on the set,” Glee creator and producer Ryan Murphy told the crowd. “She makes everybody better and everybody happier. She is one of the comedy greats in our business – a true class act.”

“Here she is. #mindblown,” Lynch tweeted to her more than 1.5 million followers on Twitter along with a photo of her star.

In comments to the AP, Lynch added: “I'm really touched and moved by it. So glad that Chris Guest and Ryan Murphy spoke on my behalf. I met them both in 1999 and I had a feeling if I stuck close to them, good things would happen for me.”
