Christian conservative Bryan Fischer
insists gay people have full marriage equality.
Fischer, a spokesman for the American
Family Association (AFA), made his comments during an appearance on
The David Pakman Show.
“But the reality
is, David, right now homosexuals have full marriage equality in all
50 states,” Fischer said. “Absolute full marriage equality.”
“Right,” Pakman
responded, “they can get into a straight marriage, sure. I've
heard that before. You're with [Minnesota Rep.] Michele Bachmann on
that, right?”
“They have full
marriage equality. They can marry one non-relative adult member of
the opposite sex just like everybody else in America.”
“They don't want equality, they want
special rights based on aberrant sexual behavior,” Fischer added.
