During Monday's premiere of season 5 of
RuPaul's Drag Race, Absolute vodka released a 60-second teaser
of a short film titled Ru-Dunnit? starring Michelle Visage and
Sharon Needles.
In the mystery caper, Needles turns to
super sleuth Visage to find out who snatched her crown.
Visage suspects Chad Michaels, Phi Phi
O'Hara and Latrice Royale – all 3 lost out being crowned “America’s
Next Drag Superstar” to Needles during the drag reality contest's
fourth season.
“Sharon and I are sisters,”
Michaels tells Visage in the interrogation room. “I would never
betray her.”
“A perfect cover,” Visage responds.
“Who would ever suspect sweet and wholesome Chad Michaels?”
“So you think I stole Sharon's
crown?” Royale rhetorically asks with a laugh.
“Save the yucks for when you untuck,
Royale,” Visage says.
“You think I want anything from that
spooky skirt? Look, I got my own crown. Latrice is absolutely
cosmopolitan.”
And O'Hara claims she “doesn't need a
crown from that party city nobody.”
