Ryan Murphy, the creator of Fox's Glee,
NBC's The New Normal and FX's American Horror Story,
and his husband, photographer David Miller, are dads.
Logan Phineas Miller Murphy was born on
Christmas Eve at 9:47AM and weighed in at 6.6 pounds and 21 inches,
E!
News reported. He is the couple's first child.
Murphy and Miller, who've known each
other for over 15 years, married in Massachusetts in July.
In an interview from earlier this year
with The
Hollywood Reporter, Murphy said he would be an “incredibly
fun” father.
“I think I'll be incredibly fun and
overwhelmed and all about manners,” Murphy said. “People always
say when you have a child it brings you back to when you were a kid,
and I'm excited to do that. I had a very rocky, difficult, emotional
childhood with my parents. And then I'm excited to have somebody or
something come in and say: 'Really? I don't care what you think. I'm
going to do what I want.'”
