Actor Josh Charles is the latest celebrity to record an ad for the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) Americans for Marriage Equality campaign.

The 40-year-old Charles currently plays lawyer Will Gardner on the CBS legal drama The Good Wife.

“I play a lawyer on TV. You don't need a law degree to understand fundamental fairness. Everyone should have the right to marry the person they love,” Charles says in his 30-second ad. (The video is embedded in the right panel of this page. Visit our video library for more videos.)

Similar HRC campaigns have focused on winning marriage equality in a specific state, previously New York and currently Maryland.
