Actor-writer Wentworth Miller says
there's freedom and joy in being openly gay.
The 42-year-old Miller, who is best
known for his role as Michael Scofield in the Fox series Prison
Break, came out gay in late 2013. He can be seen in the new film
The Loft, which opened Friday, and has a recurring role on The
CW's The Flash.
In speaking to The Wrap on the red
carpet at a The Trevor Project event last month, Miller was asked,
“What's the experience been like [of coming out]?”
“Affirming,” Miller
answered.
“There's been a lot of love and
support from a variety of directions. And I feel like I'm more in
alignment with who I am. I'm walking my talk and there's freedom
there, and there's joy,” he added.
