A lunch date with George Clooney and Neil Patrick Harris memorabilia are among the prizes in an auction to benefit the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN).

GLSEN works to create a safe space in schools for children who are or may be perceived to be gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender.

The group's eighth annual Respect Awards will take place on Friday, October 5 at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California.

An online auction associated with the event includes a lunch for two at the Soho House in West Hollywood, California with Hollywood star Clooney and Dave Karger, senior writer at Entertainment Weekly. The package is estimated to be worth $20,000.

Also being auctioned off is a Paul Smith suit worn by Neil Patrick Harris on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. The suit, estimated to be worth $1,000, is signed by Harris.

Other prizes include a walk-on role on HBO's supernatural drama True Blood and a visit to the set of the ABC comedy Modern Family.
