Ewan McGregor has said he's flattered by comedian Louis CK's professed “man crush.”

The 40-year-old McGregor made his comments during an appearance on the CBC's George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight.

After host George Stroumboulopoulos played a comedy routine from Louis CK, in which he says, “I'm not gay in any other way, except I want to fuck that guy [McGregor] right in the face … and I want him to fuck me,” McGregor said, “I'm flattered … I like it very much.”

“Some of the films I've done have been absolutely about sex and sexuality,” he continued. “I'm just interested in people and romance … falling in love with somebody is one of the strongest emotional things that we go through. Whether that's for a man or a woman, I don't really mind. I think what's interesting is the feelings themselves.”

McGregor, who most recently played gay opposite Jim Carrey in the 2009 comedy I Love You Phillip Morris, added that it might be funny to sneak up on Louis CK and tap him on the shoulder.

“Sneak up behind him. Just see how serious he is about it,” McGregor joked. (The video is embedded in the right panel of this page. Visit our video library for more videos.)
