Robin Quivers, the news anchor and co-host of The Howard Stern Show, has denied rumors that she is gay.

The 61-year-old Quivers returned to the studio on October 2 after fighting a diagnosis of endometrial cancer. Last May, doctors removed a grapefruit-size tumor from her pelvis. Seventeen months of chemo and radiation followed.

Quivers, who at one point was given a 10 percent chance of survival, said the experience changed her.

“I, quite frankly, am grateful for every day,” Quivers told Rolling Stone. “I don't take anything for granted. When you've gone through something like this, you know you won't always be here, that something will be taking you out at some point. So what you do every day is important, from now on.”

Rolling Stone also got around to those lesbian rumors.

“I've had women chase me, then look me in the eye and go, oh … she's not,” Quivers said. “I don't particularly care for women. I mean, what am I gonna do with a woman?”
