Singer Adam Lambert believes everyone should have the right to marry, but he's not ready to tie the knot.

When Wendy Williams asked Lambert during an appearance on her talk show, “Are you going to get married? Do you want kids?” Lambert, who is currently dating Finnish reality star Sauli Koskinen, said he's not ready to marry.

“You know, the way I look at it is that everybody should have the right to get married if they so choose,” Lambert answered. “Right now, personally, I'm not really thinking about marriage.”

“Well, you're 30,” Williams stated. “It's time.”

“When I grew up, I didn't ever think that marriage was even something that was going to be part of my reality. So, now that that's something that's kind of new and it's something that's becoming accepted, it's a totally different world,” Lambert said.

Lambert added that he wouldn't marry “just to prove a point.”

“It's an expensive point,” he said. (The video is embedded on this page. Visit our video library for more videos.)
