Dennis Miller has suggested that Ben & Jerry's ice cream thinks everyone is gay.

Earlier this month, the company followed up on its 2009 renaming of Chubby Hubby to Hubby Hubby in celebration of passage of a gay marriage law in its home state of Vermont with altering Oh My! Apple Pie to Apple-y Ever After in support of a proposal to legalize gay marriage in Britain before 2015.

A graphic of a gay male couple dressed in tuxes while holding a bouquet of flowers atop a wedding cake decorated with bands of gay rainbow colors has been added to the packaging.

On Fox News' The O'Reilly Factor, host Bill O'Reilly asked Miller whether he thought the move was “good marketing.”

“Is it good marketing to alienate 50 percent of your customers right from the jump?” O'Reilly asked. “You know gay marriage is about 50-50 in America right now. So these pinheads, I guess they don't care at Ben & Jerry's.”

“I just assume everybody in the country's gay and then when they say, 'Hey, I'm not gay,' I go, 'What are you so uptight about? Are you homophobic?' So, I think that's what I think Ben & Jerry are doing, there. We're all gay, then when somebody denies they're gay, just go, 'Hey, why are you so uptight? What's wrong with gay?”

“Well, I want everybody to be happy as well, Miller,” O'Reilly responded. (Watch the exchange at EqualityMatters.org.)
