The repeal of “Don't Ask, Don't Tell”
is possibly responsible for the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, just
as the self-appointed prophet Cindy Jacobs warned.
In December, Congress approved and
President Barack Obama signed into law a bill that begins the process
of ending the military's ban on gay and bisexual troops serving
openly.
The next month, Jacobs, who preaches at
the Red Oak, Texas-based Generals International ministry, connected
the deaths of thousands of blackbirds and fish in Arkansas to “Don't
Ask, Don't Tell” through former President Bill Clinton, who once
served as governor of Arkansas and also proposed the compromise
allowing gay troops to serve so long as they remained closeted and
celibate.
“Well, there's something interesting
we have been watching – let's talk about this Arkansas pattern and
say, could it be a pattern? We're going to watch and see. But the
blackbirds fell to the ground in Beebe, Arkansas. Well the governor
of Arkansas' name is Beebe. And also, there was something put out of
Arkansas called 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' by a former governor, this
was proposed [by] Bill Clinton. As so, could there be a connection
between this passage and now that we've had the repeal of the 'Don't
Ask, Don't Tell,' where people now legally in the United States have
broken restrains with the Scripture because the Scripture says in
Romans 1 that homosexuality is not allowed,” she told her ministry,
referring to Hosea 4.
“It could be because we have said
it's okay for people who commit these kinds of acts to be recognized
in our military for the first time in our history, there is a
potential that there is something that actually happened in the land
where a hundred thousand drum fish died and also where these birds
just fell out of the air.”
In a new video, Jacobs goes on to blame
other disasters on DADT repeal.
“I know some of you don't understand
the warning that I gave where I quoted from Hosea 4 where it actually
said that when we break God's laws then it actually causes cycles of
nature to come afterward it's like we have disrupted the lives of
God.”
“And I said if this is true, then
what we will see is natural disasters, we will see weather patterns
going crazy, we'll see major storms, we'll see floodings and so
forth.”
“And this has happened,” she added.
“Everything that I have said has happened.” (The video is
