Chris Colfer says a kiss on the Fox
musical-comedy Glee between his character, Kurt Hummel, and
the gay character played by Darren Criss was surprisingly pleasant.
Colfer's Kurt Hummel and Blaine are now
singing in the same glee club after Kurt fled McKinley High because
officials decided against disciplining bully Dave Karofsky, played by
Max Adler.
The pair are now wearing identical navy
blue with red piping Dalton Academy uniforms and singing in the
Warblers.
On Tuesday's episode, titled Original
Song, Blaine had an epiphany right before regionals and confessed
his feelings to Kurt.
At Wednesday's Paley Center for Media's
PaleyFest in Beverly Hills, Colfer was asked about kissing his
co-star.
“I'm glad that Kurt had a genuine
kiss and it was not forced by Brittany or Karofsky,” Colfer said.
“I'm happy for him.”
“Is he a good kisser?” he
was asked by E! Online.
“I was very pleasantly surprised,”
Colfer answered.
In an earlier interview, Criss
agreed that the kiss came at the right time.
