A video for Lady Gaga's hit single Born
This Way featuring gay club kids from Manchester, England is
getting lots of attention on YouTube.
Born This Way is the title
single from Lady Gaga's second studio album to be released in May.
Before the song's February 11 release,
celebrity blogger Perez Hilton told MTV News that the song was
“gay-in-your-face gay.” And Vogue wrote: Born This Way
is “an unbelievably great dance song, destined to be the anthem of
every gay-pride event for the next 100 years.”
The official video, which clocks in at
over 7 minutes, wowed
rocker Adam Lambert, who called it “wild and weird” like
“Barbarella meets Alien,” but doesn't linger on gay themes
much.
The I Love The Village version, on the other hand, is
“gay-in-your-face gay.” The video, which features club kids from
gay-friendly Manchester dancing and lip-synching to Lady Gaga's
latest single, is all about fun. (The video is embedded in the right
