A
special DVD collection of Chad Allen starring as gay sleuth Donald
Strachey arrives on November 9.
The Donal Strachey Four Pack
includes On the Other Hand Death, Shock to the System,
Third Man Out and the newest Strachey movie, Ice Blues.
The made-for-tv movies, which premiered
on all-gay cabler here! tv, are based on novels by mystery writer
Richard Stevenson.
Allen stars as Strachey, a detective
involved in a healthy, functional, loving and monogamous marriage
with New York State Senate staffer Tim Callahan (played by Sebastian
Spence).
