The number one thing on Ellen
DeGeneres' mind is her hot wife Portia de Rossi.
Appearing on CBS' the Late Show with
David Letterman, DeGeneres shared her Top Ten List of things that
have been on her mind lately.
“Now that everyone knows I can dance,
I should show them how well I can play the harp,” was the tenth
item on the chat show host's list.
“What's the point of quitting
American Idol if Randy keeps calling me?”
“For the last time, I'm not Jane
Lynch, I'm the other one!”
At number 5: “Nachos.”
And her number one thought: “Man, my
wife's hot!”
DeGeneres and De Rossi married during
the brief 2008 June-to-November window when gay marriage was legal in
California. The pair announced their engagement during a taping of
DeGeneres' popular talk show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, after
a four-year romance.
De Rossi appeared on the hit sitcom
Ally McBeal and more recently on FX's sex-obsessed plastic
surgery drama Nip/Tuck.
The thirty-seven-year-old
Australian-born actress recently filed
paperwork to change her name to Portia Lee James DeGeneres.
