Out actor Colton Haynes revealed in a speech this week that he wants to raise “maybe half a dozen” kids with his future husband.

In an emotional speech over the weekend, Haynes, 28, accepted the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) Visibility Award.

“I have many hopes for the future and many ambitions as an actor and artist,” he told the crowd at the HRC gala in Seattle. “And on a personal note; I have to confess that I also want to raise kids, maybe half a dozen.”

“But I don't want to raise them alone. Lucky for all of us, with the historic achievement in marriage equality last year, none of us need to go through this world alone – or without the commitment of the person we truly love,” he added.

Haynes recently told gay glossy Out that he's single.
