Laverne Cox, Mary Lambert and Andrew Rannells are among the celebrities featured in MTV's upcoming LGBT Pride special MTV's Proudest Moments.

The special will feature LGBT celebrities and advocates discussing big moments in the network's history.

In a clip from the special released this week, Wilson Cruz talks about Pedro Zamora's 1994 debut on The Real World. Zamora was one of the first openly gay HIV-positive men to be portrayed in popular media. His inclusion on the show brought international attention to the AIDS pandemic and LGBT issues.

“Pedro Zamora changed the world,” Cruz says in the clip.

Other proud moments include MTV's 2014 broadcast of the Emmy-wining special Laverne Cox Presents: The T Word.

MTV will also launch No I.D. Required, which will showcase the stories of five teens of underrepresented orientations and gender identities. The series premieres June 6 on the network's Snapchat Discover and MTV.com.

MTV's Proudest Moments premieres Saturday, June 4.
