Jenner will appear nearly nude on a summer cover of Sports
Illustrated.
The 66-year-old Jenner will pose
wearing “nothing but an American flag and her Olympic medal,” an
unnamed source told the magazine.
The photo spread will commemorate the
40th anniversary of her win at the 1976 Montreal Summer
Olympic Games, where she set a world decathlon record.
“She's excited about that,” the
source added.
Last year, Jenner explained why she
kept her “most prized possession” at the bottom of her makeup
drawer.
“I never wanted my kids to feel like
they had to have a gold medal in order to be considered a success,”
said Jenner, the parent of six. “I didn't want them to constantly
compare their own achievements to my time in the Olympics, so I
haven't displayed my medal.”
