gay marriage referendum in Ireland.

HAVE DEAR FRIENDS WHO LIVE IN DUBLIN, THEY LOVE FAMILY &
LAUGHING.”
Ricky Martin messaged: “#Ireland says
YES to marriage equality making it the first country to pass the
freedom to marry by popular vote!”
“I'm staunchly against leaving civil
rights up to a popular vote,” wrote Modern Family's Jesse Tyler
Ferguson, “but I'm thrilled the populous of Ireland seems to
embrace #MarriageEquality.”
“So happy Ireland have passed the law
to get married there,” Sam Smith tweeted. “Still genuinely
shocks me thou, that this is only just happening!!”
Neil Patrick Harris messaged: “I
proudly raise a pint glass of Guinness and toast the people of
Ireland for voting by a sweeping majority to legalize same sex
marriage!”

added. “The 1st country to legalize marriage equality
