Texas Pastor Donnie Romero: 'Dirty' Gays Are 'All Pedophiles'

A Texas pastor has told his congregation that gays should be put to death because they are all pedophiles.

Pastor Donnie Romero of the Stedfast Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas is a pupil of Pastor Steven L Anderson of Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Anderson ordained Romero in August, according to Right Wing Watch.

Anderson attracted headlines earlier this month when he told his congregation that an AIDS-free world is possible by Christmas. In subsequent interviews he added that the Bible commands the government to execute gays.

At his Fort Worth church on Sunday, Romero preached that all gays should “be put to death.”

“I'm not going to let any of these dirty faggots inside my church,” Romero said. “They are all pedophiles. … They're always trying to rape and hurt other people. They're relentless. They are relentless. They are predators and given an opportunity to snatch one of your children, they would do it in a heartbeat.”
