A video posted Thursday on YouTube.com
shows a group of bystanders at a Dallas airport subduing a man as he
physically attacks and hurls anti-gay slurs at another man.
The man is seen in the
video threatening the other man, who is wearing a pink shirt, as
both wait in line at a ticket counter.
When asked by a third man in a cowboy
hat why he's upset, the man shouts, “Queers!”
“That's what I'm upset about. This
faggot right here,” he screams.
A few moments later, the angry, and
possibly intoxicated, man kicks and slaps the man in the pink shirt,
prompting bystanders, including a man in a wheelchair, to rush in and
subdue him.
Uniformed officers arrive on the scene,
handcuff the man and cart him away. (The video is embedded on this
