Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader
Ginsburg will officiate this weekend at the wedding of two men in New
York.
Danny Rubens, a former Ginsburg law
clerk, and Danny Grossman will exchange vows on Saturday.
A Supreme Court spokeswoman told
Deadline
Detroit: “Justice Ginsburg will not have any comment beyond
confirming she will officiate at the wedding of Danny Rubens and
Danny Grossman this weekend.”
This is the fourth same-sex wedding
that Ginsburg has presided over.

In July, the 81-year-old justice said
she expects the court to rule on a marriage equality case possibly as
early as next summer.
“If a case is properly before the
court, they will take it,” Ginsburg
said.
