Christian conservative Janet Porter of
Faith 2 Action has accused a group of local Republicans of “working
to undermine marriage and family values” over their outreach work
at Gay Games 9.
The Cuyahoga County Republicans are
manning a booth at the games, which are being held in Cleveland and
neighboring Akron. The group said it was looking to increase
awareness among the LGBT community during the sports and cultural
festival.

Porter, who recently launched
ReaganBook,
the social media alternative to Facebook for conservatives, told her
radio listeners that the LGBT community seeks to “criminalize
Christianity.”
“Chairman Rob Frost released a
statement about how thrilled he was to welcome the homosexual,
lesbian and cross-dressing community into the Republican tent,”
Porter
said. “They even paid for a booth at the Gay Games to
celebrate immoral and dangerous behavior from a community that seeks
to silence dissent and criminalize Christianity.”
