Peter LaBarbera, president of the
Illinois-based Americans For Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH), a
group dedicated to the opposition of gay rights, this week claimed
President Barack Obama is “obsessed” with homosexuality.
LaBarbera made his comments during an
appearance on the radio show of James David Manning, the Harlem
pastor who posted “Jesus would stone homos” on his church sign.

“He's pandering to such a degree that
it's like there is a spiritual force behind this, because who can
explain the obsession that Barack Obama and his administration have
for this issue,” LaBarbera
said.
He added that gay men are simply afraid
of having wives and becoming fathers.
“Homosexuality is robbing the
potential husbands of women in the black community, and that's
applicable to all women,” he said. “I think homosexuality in one
sense offers to men, if I can say this on your program, it offers the
cheap orgasm. It's a lot harder to be a man, a real man and have a
family, court a woman, marry a woman, have children, raise a family.”
