video celebrating equality for all athletes.
The 2-minute #ProudToPlay video
released Tuesday racked up nearly 300,000 views by noon.
President Barack Obama, talk show host
Ellen DeGeneres and the late Nelson Mandela are also featured in the
video.
“We have to be brave to step forward
and declare to the rest of the world: 'This is who I am,'” openly
straight Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant says.
“Being gay in sport doesn't change
the way we play the game,” says WNBA star Brittney Griner.
Various athletes from Fallon Fox to
