Out readers have voted singer
Adam Lambert the magazine's Most Eligible Bachelor of 2014.
“Adam Lambert took the Top Spot as
the Most Eligible Bachelor with a landslide of votes from his loyal
fans (the No. 1 spot was held by Chris Colfer last year, who is at
No. 6 in 2014),” Out
editors wrote in announcing the results.
Rounding out the top 5 were actor Chris
Salvatore (2), actor Darryl Stephens (3), Israeli entrepreneur and
party promoter Eliad Cohen (4) and Brian Sims (5), Pennsylvania's
first openly gay elected lawmaker.
The annual survey asked readers to
consider from “100 of the most dateable gay guys on the planet,”
including singers Ricky Martin (11) and Frank Ocean (17) and actor
Wentworth Miller (9). Men with a broad range of backgrounds, from
fashion icons to politicians, were nominated.
