Boxing champ Evander Holyfield's son,
Ewin, has come to the defense of his father.
The 51-year-old Evander found himself
in hot water after he compared being gay to a physical handicap that
can – and should – be fixed and stated that being gay is a choice
during a recent episode of the reality show Celebrity Big Brother
UK.
Producers chided Evander and response
on Twitter included calls for his ouster from the house.

“My dad is the most loving and caring
person you will ever meet,” Ewin told TMZ.com. “He treats
everyone like a human being … even if they are homosexual.”
Ewin said that his father treats one of
his uncles who is gay like a brother.
“My dad feels that being gay is a
choice … and naturally that's how things work,” Ewin
added. “You cannot procreate and make a baby with two women,
or two men. But at the same time my dad is not going to judge
someone for their sexual orientation.”
