The campaign which started as a protest against passage of
Proposition 8 has morphed into a more general LGBT rights awareness
campaign now that California's same-sex marriage ban has been knocked
Celebrities and everyday folks are photographed with their mouths
duct taped and the campaign's familiar “NOH8” slogan often
written on one cheek.
Mathews, 33, who started out as “Ross the Intern” on The
Tonight Show and later appeared on Chelsea Lately, earlier
this month struck out on his own as the host of cabler E!'s Hello
In promoting the show, Mathews described Hello Ross as “the
show that I always wish existed as a superfan [of celebrities]
