Actor Cheyenne Jackson, who is best known for guest spots on Glee
and 30 Rock, is divorcing his husband of two years, physicist
Monte Lapka.
“Cheyenne Jackson and his husband Monte Lapka have mutually
decided to divorce,” a
statement from Jackson's representatives reads. “The couple
have been together for 13 years and were married in NY State two
years ago. It is an amicable parting and, understandably, a private
matter.”
The 38-year-old Jackson plays Dustin Goolsby, the musical coach of
rival team Vocal Adrenaline, on the Fox musical-comedy Glee. He
also played Danny Baker on the NBC sitcom 30 Rock,
which ended earlier this year
after 7 seasons.
Jackson has also played many
prominent roles on Broadway, where he was last seen in The
Performers.
