Actress Portia de Rossi and Ellen
DeGeneres talked about their marriage during Wednesday's Ellen.
De Rossi, 40, who will reprise the role
of Lindsay Funke in Netflix's upcoming fourth season of Arrested
Development, and DeGeneres, 55,
married in 2008 in California.
Guest
Jennifer Aniston nudged de Rossi to open up about the marriage.
“Let's
get serious, what bugs you about Ellen?” Aniston asked.
“I
mean, nothing,” de Rossi answered.
“There's
nothing,” DeGeneres interrupted in an attempt to change the
subject.
“One
tiny thing comes to mind,” de Rossi later added, explaining that
DeGeneres' need to feed the cats when they were about to sit down to
eat dinner bothered her.
“Every
single time,” de Rossi stated.
“No,
no, no,” DeGeneres insisted. “And it's not every night.”
“Anyone
that cooks knows that, you know, like its the right temperature and I
always ask, 'Are you ready.' And she says, 'Yes.'”
De
Rossi added that it was “a little tricky” to get used to moving
as frequently as they have.
“Like,
we've had 9 houses in eight-and-a-half years,” she said. Later de
Rossi conceded that she now enjoys moving. (The video is embedded on
