Actress Jada Pinkett Smith said
Wednesday that she would support her children if they came out gay.
Smith made her comments during an
appearance on Huff
Post Live to discuss Free Angela and All Political
Prisoners, a new documentary she produced on the life of
political activist Angela Davis. The film opens Friday, April 5.
Jada Pinkett Smith and Hollywood star
Will Smith are raising two children: Jaden and Willow.
When a caller asked how she would react
if either of her children came out gay, Smith answered: “I would
support [them]. For me, I just want my kids to be happy. As long as
they're happy … As long as they're living the lives that fulfill
them, I'm good.”
