Singer-songwriter Ke$ha says she has
zero tolerance for anti-gay bullying.
The 25-year-old Ke$ha – full name
Kesha Rose Sebert – released her debut album, Animal, in
2010. Her second album, Warrior, was released in November.
The current single Die Young is her eighth top-ten hit.
In a cover story for the February issue
of Seventeen
magazine, Ke$ha once again suggested that she's bisexual.
“I don't love just men. I love
people. It's not about a gender. It's just about the spirit that
exudes from that other person you're with,” she said.
She added that she has zero tolerance
for bullies.
“I'm all about standing up to
gay/lesbian/transgender bullying, but it's also about my little
brother. He's 13 and he gets made fun of because he has a stutter.
I just have zero tolerance for people making fun of others,” she
said.
In
an earlier interview with UK's Gaydar Radio, Ke$ha described gay
men as “really magical people,” adding that she sometimes wishes
she were one.
