John Travolta has been hit with fresh
allegations that he has attempted to initiate sex with male masseurs.
According to RadarOnline.com,
a second male masseur has filed a $2 million sexual battery lawsuit
against Travolta.
The allegations come a day after
TMZ.com reported that a
male masseur in Los Angeles filed a similar lawsuit against the
actor. The same lawyer is representing both accusers.
The second unidentified masseur claims
that while working at a resort in Atlanta in January the actor hit on
him for sex.
The accuser claims in his suit that a
naked Travolta asked for his buttocks to be massaged during an
in-room massage at the unidentified resort.
“While he was massaging near
Travolta's buttocks area, Travolta would open his legs and spread his
butt cheeks open and had a full erection and would maneuver in a way
as try to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2 to touch his anus and around his
anus.”
Travolta also “started to grab, rub
and caress” the accuser's upper thighs and buttocks.
“Travolta started masturbating about
15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff No. 2 said he had
to go,” the lawsuit claims
Marty Singer, Travolta's attorney,
denied the new charges: “The problem in America is anyone can sue
anyone. However, in this case this unidentified plaintiff and his
lawyer will regret they filed this fabricated suit. We intend to sue
both of them for malicious prosecution.”
