Two-time Olympian Johnny Weir is now referring to himself as “an old married man.”

The 27-year-old Weir and husband Victor Voronov discussed their relationship on the red carpet at the GLAAD Media Awards with gay blog Queerty.com.

“We are opposites in many superficial ways but in general we value the same things,” Weir said. “We value a very happy household. We value simplicity and really building a strong relationship. We aren't part of the scene as they say, we live normally.”

“We aren't into the clubs. There was a time and place for that and that's when, you know, college, early twenties … ”

“Yeah, but you're still fairly young, you know, right?” the interviewer interrupted.

“I'm youngish,” Weir answered, “but I'm an old married man, now.”

Weir added that the pair were planning a wedding that included a “room full of people that love us and that we love and Lady Gaga dancing on the piano and Sarah Jessica Parker doing a speech. Whatever gorgeous-ness we can have, we'll have.” (The video is embedded in the right panel of this page. Visit our video library for more videos.)
