Televangelist Pat Robertson on Wednesday said oral sex between a husband and a wife is not sinful, media watchdog RightWingWatch.org reported.

Kristi Watts, co-host of The 700 Club, exclaimed, “I'm too young for that question,” after reading a viewer's question on the subject, and became rather uneasy listening to Robertson's answer.

“Is oral sex between husband and wife in marriage a sin?” Jerry asked.

“The Bible doesn't make that sinful. It's a question of what's in your heart. You know, what's in your heart,” Robertson, 81, said as he looked directly at Watts. “If to you it's sin, it's sin.”

“Any evidence of love and compassion and affection between two people who are married ...”

“Alright, let's switch to the next question,” an anxious Watts interrupted.

“It's a question of what's in your mind,” Robertson continued, ignoring Watts' unease with the subject. “If you feel it's sin, it's sin.” (The video is embedded in the right panel of this page. Visit our video library for more videos.)
