Lea Michele's gay dads Jeff Goldblum
and Brian Stokes Mitchell will make their long-awaited debut on
Tuesday's episode of Fox's musical-comedy Glee.
Michele plays Broadway-bound diva
Rachel Berry, whose dads have yet to appear on the show, now in its
third season.
Hiram Berry (played by Jeff Goldblum)
and Leroy Berry (Brian Stokes Mitchell) will first appear on Glee's
February 14 Valentine's Day episode, which is titled Heart.
In the episode, the Berrys throw a
dinner party and also surprise Rachel with a visit at McKinley High.
“Dads, what are you doing here?”
Rachel asks with boyfriend Finn Hudson (Cory Monteith) in tow.
“Well, a little birdie named Bert,
who owns a tire store, and his little birdie wife, who used to wear a
lot of denim, told us that you guys were fixing to get hitched,”
Hiram says. (A promo clip is embedded in the right panel of this

The dads will perform a rendition of
Cole Porter's You're the Top on
the episode.
