Television personalities Ellen
DeGeneres, Anderson Cooper and Rachel Maddow are to blame for Jamie
Hubley's death, according to a minister.
Hubley is the 15-year-old openly gay
Ottawa, Canada teenager who committed suicide over the weekend.
In a blog post before his death, Hubley
said the constant bullying and harassment was more than he could
bare.
“I'm tired of life. It's so hard,
I'm sorry, I can't take it anymore,” he wrote. “I don't want my
parents to think this is their fault, either. I love my mom and dad.
It's just too hard. I don't want to wait three more years, this
hurts too much.”
Bill Keller of LivePrayer.com pointed
the blame for Hubley's death at DeGeneres, Anderson and Maddow in
a statement.
“The fact is, suicide is
exponentially higher amongst those who choose the homosexual
lifestyle, and while those in the media want to blame people like
myself who take a Biblical stand on the issue, the fact is, they are
the ones most responsible!”
Keller, who claims to have helped
thousands of men and women make the choice to “turn from the sin of
homosexuality,” added: “Homosexuality is a bondage like alcohol,
drugs, gambling or anything else people get addicted to.”
