In a new “XO Movie Night” video featuring Captain Owen Honors that surfaced on Tuesday, the former commander of the USS Enterprise goes looking for his balls.

On Tuesday, the Navy relieved Honors of duty as it launched an investigation into the lewd videos that were produced and screened aboard the aircraft carrier as it simultaneously supported two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in 2006 and 2007.

Admiral John Harvey said he removed Honors from his post for showing “exceptionally poor judgment” in producing and screening the sophomoric videos.

Honors produced the videos while serving as the Enterprise's executive officer, or XO, and called them part of “XO Movie Night.”

In one skit, Honors refers to a Navy surface warfare officer, or SWO – also played by Honors – as “fag SWO boy.” (The video is embedded in the right panel of this page.)

In the newest video, Honors says, “I got a great idea. Let's go ask the deck mates about being gay. Oh, that's not a very good idea, is it?” before going on a fishing expedition to find out if he's lost his edge, or as Honors put it, his balls. And the video ends with two men lathering up in the shower.

The videos surfaced as the military prepares for the end of “Don't Ask, Don't Tell,” the law that bans gay and bisexual troops from serving openly, and is keen on promoting itself as welcoming to gay and lesbian service members.
