The anti-gay pastor best known for
accusing Starbucks of spiking their lattes with the semen of gay men
was recently confronted by angry neighbors.
Pastor James David Manning of the Atlah
World Missionary Church in Harlem, New York attracted world-wide
attention when he promoted a fake news story about Starbucks on his
YouTube.com web program.

He's also known for the anti-gay
messages posted on his church's billboard, including “Jesus would
stone homos” and “all churches and members that support homos
cursed be thou with cancer, HIV, syphilis, stroke and madness.”
WPIX-TV
reported that angry neighbors confronted Manning about the anti-gay
messages.
“I ended up walking across the street
because it's so hurtful to hold my wife's hand and [see] these words
every time I pass by,” Sharifa Ferryman said.
Manning dismissed his critics, telling
the lesbian couple that their relationship was a “disgrace before
God.”
“You are going to hell for your
insidious and wicked lifestyle. It's a disgrace that you would stand
here and confess that you have a relationship with another woman,”
the controversial pastor told Ferryman.
“This is clearly hate speech –
you're inciting violence,” one of the neighbors said.
“This is still America and we have
freedom [of] speech,” Manning replied.
