Actress Jane Lynch's divorce from Dr. Lara Embry became final on Monday.

Lynch, who is best known for playing Coach Sue Sylvester on the Fox musical-comedy Glee, announced her split from her wife of three years in June, 2013.

The women married in a private ceremony in Sunderland, Massachusetts in 2010, a year after they had met at a fundraiser held in Embry's honor in San Francisco. Among those in the wedding party was Embry's daughter, Haden. In a commencement speech given in 2012, Lynch described Haden as a kid designed for her. “She's witty, wise beyond her years, she has a huge heart, and such patience with the frailties of human nature,” she said.

Lynch, 54, cited “irreconcilable differences” in filing for divorce in a Los Angeles County Court.

According to TMZ.com, the couple's property settlement has Embry, a psychologist, receiving $1.2 million over 24 months, half of all royalties from Lynch's television appearances, and half of several bank accounts, trust accounts and a 401K. Embry will also keep Francis, the dog.

Last year, Lynch told Access Hollywood that she was “fine” with the settlement.

“[California] is a half and half state, as well as it should be, so that's fine,” she said. “It's just money.”
