Jason Collins, Tom Daley, Michael Sam, Robbie Rogers, Darren Young, Megan Rapinoe and Caitlin Cahow are among the openly gay professional athletes featured in a YouTube video celebrating equality for all athletes.

The 2-minute #ProudToPlay video released Tuesday racked up nearly 300,000 views by noon.

President Barack Obama, talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and the late Nelson Mandela are also featured in the video.

“We have to be brave to step forward and declare to the rest of the world: 'This is who I am,'” openly straight Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant says.

“Being gay in sport doesn't change the way we play the game,” says WNBA star Brittney Griner.

Various athletes from Fallon Fox to Billy Bean declare: “I'm proud to play.” (The video is embedded on this page. Visit our video library for more videos.)
