Olympic diver Greg Louganis and Johnny
Chaillot married Saturday in Malibu, California.
According to People.com, the couple
exchanged vows at the oceanside restaurant Geoffrey's.
It was amazing,” Louganis,
53, said, “because I have so many people from all facets of my
life here tonight and they are all here and celebrating, it is all
wonderful. I already feel different. The ceremony was so reflective
and representative of who we are.”
Chaillot was walked down the aisle by
his four sisters and Louganis by his Olympic diving coach Ron
O'Brien.
“Last night was magical! I am so
blessed!” Louganis tweeted to his nearly 34,000 followers.
Roughly 160 guests attended the
couple's wedding reception, including actors Barbara Eden, French
Stewart and Bruce Vilanch and Olympians Janet Evans and Nadia
Comaneci.
The men met last year on dating site
Match.com and got engaged on April 8.
Louganis, who won four Olympic gold
medals in diving, is also openly HIV positive. Chaillot, who is 52,
is a paralegal at Loeb & Loeb, a prestigious law firm in Los
Angeles.
