Jenna Wolfe on Wednesday announced that she is expecting her first child with her partner, NBC News correspondent Stephanie Gosk.

“This is the most exciting thing that has ever happened to us,” Wolfe told People.com. “But I don't want to bring my daughter into a world where I'm not comfortable telling everyone who I am and who her mother is.”

Wolfe, Today's weekend anchor, and Gosk have been together for three years.

Last year, the women began discussing starting a family.

“We were constantly on the road, juggling a thousand balls at once. It's a miracle we got it all together,” Wolfe said, referring to getting pregnant.

The couple is planning to marry but did not reveal any details.

Wolfe also discussed her pregnancy on Today, telling co-hosts Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker that she is due in August. (The video is embedded on this page. Visit our video library for more videos.)
