A Subway shop in Angers, France has
shut down after it excluded gay and lesbian couples from a
Valentine's Day offer.
Lawmakers in France are considering a
bill which would make it the 12th nation to legalize gay

On Valentine's Day, the Subway
franchise owner put up a poster advertising a 14 euro sandwich
special for heterosexual couples only. The “feast of love”
special included the following in small print: “Discrimination (?).
